Team IT was one of the first business-to-business training companies to identify the need for email “etiquette” training in the workplace.

Vector Marcoms supported Team IT with a series of “expert” articles on email training and usage in companies through the business press and also identified and secured speaking opportunities for Team IT Managers at conferences and institutions in the private and public sectors. Vector Marcoms also developed a “too much email increases worker stress” survey for Team IT with results published across a wide range of business sectors from the City to local government.
